All three divisionsHow the league works
Your affiliate competes as one team
Every athlete on the floor trains at your affiliate — no composite teams, no pickup athletes. You enter a team in every division, and your captain names the competing four before each event day.
Register your affiliate
Enter Elite, RX and Scaled, and put up to 8 of your own athletes on each squad. Your head coach or captain manages it from there.
Name your four
Two men and two women on the floor. Rosters close 24 hours before the day, so heats, lanes and running order can be published in advance.
Compete and climb
Four workouts, judged to one consistent standard. Points carry into the season table, so a strong day compounds instead of disappearing.
The season
Four days, one a quarter
Each event day is hosted by a competing affiliate in a different county, so the league moves around the region and every host gets a home crowd, the exposure and the day branded with their name.
